Refund and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nasim Wear. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and exchange options:

1. Exchange Option:

   • If you prefer an exchange, you can contact us at orders (at) nasimwear (dot) com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
   • The item(s) you wish to exchange must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
   • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

2. Gift Card Option:

   • Alternatively, if you would like, we can issue a gift card for the value of the returned item(s).
   • To opt for a gift card, please contact us at orders (at) nasimwear (dot) com within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know your preference.
   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a gift card, within 5 business days, for the corresponding value that can be used for future purchases on our website.
   • Gift cards will be issued electronically and sent to the email address provided.
