Shipping policy

NASIM WEAR offers a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Domestic orders are shipped via Wakilni and Top Speed and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 10-15 business days.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping costs are based on a flat rate all over the country. Other customized shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost for your order before you checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or via whatsapp with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at orders (at) nasimwear (dot) com and we will be happy to help you track down your shipment.

Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 5 days after receiving the order. To return an item, please contact us at orders (at) nasimwear (dot) com for instructions.
